All data is stored on enterprise-grade, UK-based cloud infrastructure. We do not transfer your data outside of the UK or EEA without your explicit consent and appropriate legal safeguards in place.
In the event of a security incident that affects your data, we will notify you and the ICO within 72 hours as required by UK GDPR. We will provide a full incident report and remediation steps without delay.
Internal access to customer data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis and is fully logged. No employee can access your account data without a documented, legitimate reason. All access is subject to audit review.
Simply email support@harborne.ai with your deletion request. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
